Terms & Conditions

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Noworaik Cleaning when you request a quote, confirm a booking, or otherwise use our services. If you are making a booking on behalf of another person or a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning delivered by trained, police-checked teams. A visit follows the checklist agreed during booking and may include add-ons requested by you. We supply equipment and standard cleaning products and can use plant-based alternatives on request.

Bookings & Access

  • Bookings are confirmed once you receive our confirmation message.
  • You must ensure safe access to the property for the scheduled window and tell us about alarms, pets, parking and any entry instructions.
  • Arrival times are estimates; delays can occur due to traffic or earlier jobs. We will keep you informed and adjust where possible.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Remove fragile or high-value items or notify us about them in advance.
  • Provide electricity and running water during the visit.
  • Disclose any hazards such as loose fittings, broken glass, mould, or chemicals on site.

Payment

Payment is due according to the method agreed at booking. Charges may vary based on the property’s condition, access, or scope changes you approve. If payment fails, we may suspend future bookings until the account is settled. We do not list prices on this website; quotes are supplied individually.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel.
  • Late changes may incur a call-out charge to cover the team’s reserved time and travel.
  • If we arrive and cannot gain access, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation.

Service Guarantee

If an area of the agreed checklist was missed, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a return to address the issue within a reasonable time. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, permanent stains, or tasks outside the agreed scope.

Liability

We are insured for public liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to re-supplying the service or paying the cost of having the service supplied again. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, deterioration due to age or improper installation, or for loss caused by inaccurate information provided to us.

Health & Safety

Our teams follow safe-work procedures and may decline tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or outside equipment capability (for example, exterior work at height without proper fall protection).

Photos & Reviews

For quality assurance we may take limited before/after photos of areas we clean. Photos exclude personal documents or identifying materials. You may opt out by telling us before the visit. You grant us permission to publish reviews you submit, using your first name and suburb only.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, and checklists remain the property of Noworaik Cleaning. You must not copy or redistribute material without written consent.

Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued bookings after an update constitute acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
